What to do once you downloaded it:

1. Start the installer exe.
2. Click through the installation process.
3. Start the "dW3gParser.exe" with admin rights.
4. Select "Load Replay", choose a replay.

Recommendation:

The parser is very old and not maintained anymore. The overview is terrible and the features are not as well-engineered as for the EntGaming:DRM. The main purpose to use this one might be because it provides information (action log) for games like DotA LoD.

However, you can also use the qlog.exe which gives the same action log as the DRM without crashing it. You would have to use the DRMF though to read the unit IDs.
