Changes

Move the FixSizeLimit.mix file in your Warcraft 3 directory and start Warcraft 3.  If you now join a bot which also supports map size bypassing, you can play the map. You can host your own private game, too.  Keep in mind, all users must use the tool in order to play (bypassed file size) maps with you.
